Hi! My name is Joe, I’m a photojournalist currently living in Minneapolis in my home state of Minnesota.
I’m drawn to stories about everyday life, and believe they can help ground us and aid us in better relating to one another.
I worked as an intern at The Columbus Dispatch, The Morning Call and WOUB Public Media, and have a master’s degree in documentary photojournalism from Ohio University.
I also am a licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot.
My pictures have been used by Associated Press, New York Times, Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, NPR, USA Today, ESPN and Sports Illustrated, among others.
